October 2019 -
Shuxiang Li completed his Ph.D. in Biochemistry at the University of Iowa, USA. Later, he served as a postdoctoral fellow at Rutgers University, USA, focusing on the development of computational methods for modeling and analyzing nucleic acid structures and protein-DNA interactions. Presently, he employs high-performance computing, advanced modeling techniques, machine learning, and bioinformatics to explore the impact of epigenetic modifications on the dynamics and function of chromatin.
Shuxiang loves nature walk, biking, and playing with his kids.
