Shuxiang Li, Research Associate (Staff Scientist )

October 2019 -

Shuxiang Li received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Iowa, USA. Later, he worked for two years as a postdoctoral fellow at Rutgers University, USA, where he developed computational methods for modeling and analyzing nucleic acid structures and protein-DNA interactions. Currently he is using high performance computing, modeling, and bioinformatics to understand how epigenetic modifications influence the dynamics and function of nucleosome and chromatin.

Shuxiang loves nature walk, biking, and playing with his kids.
