Anisur Rahman, PhD student

Anisur received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering from Noakhali Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. His M.Sc. thesis in Bioinformatics was conducted in the National Institute of Biotechnology, where he worked with the next generation sequencing data to understand the gut microbiome profile of Bangladeshi population. In his current research project, Anisur is developing methods to predict genome-wide nucleosome positioning and identify nucleosome binders, leveraging a diverse range of epigenomic datasets.

Anisur loves walking in the countryside, playing cricket, and making new friends.
