Daniel Saragih, Intern Researcher

September 2025 -

Daniel graduated with an Honours B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Toronto (2025). During his undergraduate studies, he conducted research across several domains, including medical imaging, theoretical machine learning, and computational imaging. His current work focuses on representation learning to study protein-DNA complexes. By developing robust models for these interactions, he aims to apply these representations to a variety of downstream applications, such as aptamer screening and RNA design, to better engineer molecular systems.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys watching historical fiction series, reading novels, and keeping up with the latest video game releases on YouTube.
